Still having problems with latest download.Scan continues to pickup pre-installed software from HP which I DO NOT WANT to remove. The 1st time I did that it deleted an important self diagnostic product called HP Support Assistant. It took me forever to reinstall and I'm not sure that it's complete. I cannot afford to call HP for their assistance.

It just attempts to remove it forever. Left it on for hours. Nothing happened.
Hello! I have problem with this nasty Gogamego aka serach.mysearch(dot)com redirect. I've used AdwCleaner and it successfully removed this nasty hijacker, but what was my surprise when it appeared again after reboot. 1. First question-does adware scan everything on the top line-services, files, folders or do I have to select?
2. Second question-after pressing "Clean" everything seems to hang forever-I can't then get out of Adware-screen dims & everything frozen
What am I doing wrong or not doing-please help

In some case i almost run AdwCleaner to scan my PC for more security but a few days that it finds suspicious registry keys.
Called:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\{10921475-03CE-4E04-90CE-E2E7EF20C814}
I asked AdwCleaner to delete it, and it was indeed deleted after rebooting and the report said it was deleted. I ran a second scan and AdwCleaner found not...

After restarting the computer, ADWCleaner is not there anymore so I had to reinstall the application. Then I tried Tools - Quanrantine Manager. I picked the file and clicked Restore but nothing happened. Does it mean it has been lost forever ?
I am freaking out now since it has been my work folder. Is there any other way to restore it ?
