I finally got ZHP diag to download in English. Scan showed 5 Bugs found. report was locked as 1) PUP.Optional Free Soft Today 2) Toolbar.Agent 3) Heuristic Suspect

It would not Repair or Report. couldn't drag & drop or right click and ZHP screen was locked in the centre of the screen with no functions. When trying to view the items discovered a screen came up all in French again...frustration ...

I think I should be clearer.  I've installed the app but when I hit "scan" I receive the above mentioned message.

I've tried installing AdwCleaner several times.  I keep getting message "Database corrupt.  Please uninstall AdwCleaner and download again."

Regarding the file you sent me in your previous post, I didn't know that you put the instructions inside "ffff.txt" file , you should have called it "readme.txt" ;-)

I will review this file and add the elements as soon as possible. Some elements ( like the firefox extension ) should be already detected since v5.036.

Impossible de faire fonctionner les dernières nouvelles versions (adwcleaner_5.034, 5.035 & 5.036), celles-ci bug (fonctionnement arrêter) au bout de quelques secondes de recherche dès qu'il arrive à "recherche générique en cours".

Cela fait ceci depuis la version 5.034, je n’ai aucun problème avec la version 5.033.

Je suis obligée d'arrêter le logiciel en allant le stopper dans proc...

Ok. Ça confirme donc qu'Enigma n'est pas digne de confiance.

On va procéder autrement :

• Rends toi sur la page de téléchargement de ZHPFix, puis clique sur le bouton bleu "Nicolas Coolman - Télécharger".
• Enregistre le fichier où tu veux et lance le (fais le par un clic-droit -> Exécuter en temps qu'administrateur).
• Laisse toi guider pendant l'installation, à la fin, un raccourci se...

• Download ZHPDiag from Nicolas on his website
• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on the upload zone)...

oh ! sorry , I read that : "I chose AdsFix as it seems to verify my issues." and I thought you used AdsFix Tool ;)
