Have you tried uninstalling the app?
First, uninstall the app. Then reboot the PC. after that reinstall the app and update it.
If this doesn't solve the issue then raise a support ticket with the support centre and get the issue resolved.

You should also be able to retrieve "lost" files from the Quarantine.

Still having problems with latest download.Scan continues to pickup pre-installed software from HP which I DO NOT WANT to remove. The 1st time I did that it deleted an important self diagnostic product called HP Support Assistant. It took me forever to reinstall and I'm not sure that it's complete. I cannot afford to call HP for their assistance.
Right now the dashboard shows 143 total dete...

Merci pour la réponse. Effectivement en passant par ajouter un nouveau fichier cela réinitialise la date.
Je le faisisais en passant par modifier et non ajouter un nouveau fichier.
Une autre question :) Est-ce que je peux mettre deux fichiers un X86 et l'autre en X64 ?

Oui, c’est tout à fait possible. Les tags peuvent être utilisés pour ça.
