Just wanted to say ADWCleaner is AWESOME and really works!!!. I was having issues with my pc, realized Optimizer Pro had been downloaded to my pc. Was getting a lot of unwanted pop ups and "your pc may be at risk pop up"
from the optimizer pro download. I tried ADWCleaner and within minutes after downloading and running ADWCleaner my pc was good as new! THANK YOU.

I haven't been able to update since 4.1 because it hangs up all three of my computers during cleaning, forcing me to do a hard shutdown. All my browsers have been updated; I'm using Windows 10; it's three different computers; yet the problem still continues with 5.009.

Help me fix this AdwCleaner...
I'm very frustrated right now, firstly, this program made me a glitch in my whole laptop which it automatically organizes all the icons, and folders of my computer and I cannot organize it manual no matter if I > right click in desktop and uncheck autoarrange, it stills doesn't let me organize my computer manually.
This started to happened in the version 5.008, and I needed to reinstall my laptop without knowing that this error was caused by AdwCleaner, after I reinstalled my laptop, I downloaded AdwCleaner and now I'm stuck again with this error, help please, this program modifies my computer as if it were a hacker/pishing software, that is the reality.

C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\ProductData il me dit supprimer quand je fais un nettoyage et quand je repasse le scan il me trouve tjr pareil et ne supprime rien en faite
