The items listed under domains in the original post will have been given a value of 4 in the registry. This figure means they are "blocked" (by SpywareBlaster or whatever) so should never be reported by ADWCleaner. We have had this type of FP before so it seems ADWCleaner needs to be programmed to ignore those with that value.

I installed the other 'some' tool and while installig this other tool my windows 7 box got infected with
'lavasoft web companion'
obivouly my first weapon of choice was to pick up a new vesion of adwcleaner.
However the currenct version 7.0.4.0 seems of have problems removing the above named spyware.
However I partialy managed to remove some elements of lavasoft web companion....

Yep, all fixed - thanks very much. SpywareBlaster (SWB) updates its data base about every two weeks. Can you tell me if the fix was such that it will no longer generally report SWBs preventative measures? I fully accept that the odd false positive can happen but the quantity had become very high of late.
Browsing old threads and safe to say, that Locky won't be decryptable for quite some time. Considering that new versions of it are coming out, making it even more complicated to do anything. You can read more on Malwarebytes and The Hacker News. Even Kaspersky's attempts at that have failed. Hopefully, we can have the master key somehow, or a lucky break in decryption.
