Vous indiquez dans le titre du sujet "ne finit pas le scan" , mais pourtant le rapport de debug indique le contraire :

Il ne s'agirait donc pas d'un bug à proprement parler, mais plutôt d'un "freeze" du scan au moment de la recherche générique ? Pouvez-vous me le confirmer ?

In the meantime, we'll use FRST :

1. Download FRST
2. Right-click on the file -> "Execute as Administrator"
3. Click on the "Scan" button
4. The logfile is saved as FRST.txt , and additional informations are in Addition.txt.
5. Please host them on Up2Share and share the generated links.

Its is ok since i have waited long for the solution. Just wondering, i ever try to find the registry of hao123 and deleted it, at first it was on both firefox and chrome, then after my effort only manage to clear chrome one.

"Searching for generic detections" means that AdwCleaner will search for folders / registry elements that matches a specific pattern or have a specific behavior.

All strings will be updated for v5.037.

1. I let the choice to run clean even if no threats are detected because the user can still want to run specific options that can be checked in "Option" menu

Regarding the file you sent me in your previous post, I didn't know that you put the instructions inside "ffff.txt" file , you should have called it "readme.txt" ;-)

I will review this file and add the elements as soon as possible. Some elements ( like the firefox extension ) should be already detected since v5.036.

Tried to download the ZHPDiag software again and got:

This happens sometimes when downloading the latest version of Adware cleaner...I will have to check out Screenshot, as, never have done it before. Thanks.
