Every time I boot my Pc sudenly appears a threat detect by AVG Antivirus: "threat - IDP.ALEXA.51. I don't know I have to do, because AVG suport says that is a false threat.
I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM.
BY THE WAY I TRIED EVERYTHING YOU TOLD ME TO DO and it still doesnt work.
Every time I do a new scan it says "you have 2 threats" even if I clicked on the clean tab before.
It doesnt say you have no threats on your computer.
Please help me.

Hi! Adwcleaner v.6.000 scans successfully but will not progress to clean. It will be unresponsive and would show "not responding" status. I hahve tried to install/reinstall the program several times. What should I do? Thank you.
