Unable to down load this files as all .exe are blocked - do you have a zip/7-zip version?
@rickghouse: I had the exact same error & avast blocked downloading this file from this site!
But having used this app in the past, I clicked on the "External Link" button (under the 'Download' button near top / right of this page, and tried downloading this from bleepingcomputer.com . . . success!! Hope this helps.
my adw cleaner said it was out of date so i downloaded a newer version but problems occurred and my anti virus blocked it as it was seen as a threat to my computer i was really impressed with this tool now i am unable to use it hope you can give me some feedback as how i can remedy this problem so i may go on using your product
It is still blocking Logmein.. could you please check that too?
Today all of a sudden Adwcleaner 3.311 is blocked as Trojan by Windows defender and my 360 Internet Security.
What is this??????
I have tried to download this several times with the same result as everyone else, Norton Internet Security is treating this programme as a trojan and deletes it. I have been on the NIS website forums and people there are quoting that the programme is safe to use and providing website links for download, both the BleepingComputer and Xplode links yet is still being blocked by NIS, any ideas if there is another programme available...?
Also cannot download as Norton blocks and removes it. Here is copy of Norton details:

V. 3.302, Il semble que cette mise à jour a pris en compte la raison du blocage objet de ma question d'il y a 2 jours à propos de:
"Line 2131 (File"H:\!download\adwcleaner_3.301.exe")"..
Alors bug ou pas, j'ignore mais comme le blocage semblait provenir de la présence de l'extension "Disable Anti-Adblock" de Firefox et désormais, présence ou pas de l'extension ADWcleaner fonctionne...
