since a lot of users had a problem with remove of "UCGuard" a Chinese software by using adwcleaner tool . i want report that adwcleaner tool had a hard going to removal a Chinese software’s just like "UCGuard" and a lot of Chinese softwares out there . so when we trying to remove ""UCGuard"" or any others of Chinese software’s then adwcleaner tool go to be stuck or hang or even not respond...

Since I don't see the precise issue, it's difficult to troubleshoot. It's not abnormal to need to run in safemode in order to remove specific elements.
