Got 2 viruses and the AdwCleaner freezes @20% during removal. Microsoft Security Essential and Malwarebytes does not detect these viruses.

...After download & install, I checked debug. Upon launch, a message said this was outdated version, and asked if I wanted a newer version. I said OK. Still crashed.
Thank I returned and downloaded the "updated" version, which was the same, but this time said no to a newer version. It will not go beyond heuristics analysis. Here's the error message.

Yesterday the Windows 10 machine from my wife was scanned by 7.0.1.0 and referred Zylom games and TryMedia as suspicious. Removal of it all led to no gaming anymore because these files (and dirs) are apearently necessary to run and check validation of the Zylom Games. Such a shame because a noob does not understand that.
