I reinstalled my Malwarebytes. I did another scan but it's not detecting any viruses but my Internet Connection Sharing in my services.msc is getting stopped by something. This causes me to lose connection to the internet. What do I do?

I had several unwanted programs including adware and malware, and malwarebytes and adwcleaner removed most but UCguard and UCguard.sys still remain when scanning with adwcleaner. • Download mbam-clean.exe from here to your desktop and save it.
• Locate the file mbam-clean.exe and double-click to run it and follow the onscreen prompts.

I download the last version of AdwCleaner. I switch off my antivirus and my firewall.

 I try to install it in Windows 10 and...

1st message: it can not install quarantine. Contact with support@malwarebytes.com

I click Ok and I go on... I hit "scan" and...

2nd message: *sqlite.dll is corrupted or has been replaced. AdwCleaner closes automatically.

I install sqlite.dll. I reboot ...

I am using the 14 day trial from Malwarebytes. I would consider buying a 2 year license if you can fix this.
