I sincerely recommend it to everyone who wants to get rid of the "other instance is running" popup every time you start your Computer because of that "Web Companion” virus that sneaks into your system a s a parasite alongside other apps on the web. Hey Xplode, been using this to nuke malware for a LONG time, and I'd like to thank you for the time and energy you put into this. Is there any chance you can whitelist Kaseya software in your process killer so that remote techs don't lose connection while running this? "%programfiles(x86)%\Kaseya Remote Control" and "%programfiles%\KaseyaAgent\{AGENTGUID}\" on 64-bit machines (no x86 on 32-bit) are the root directories used. I could send you specific information via PM if you'd like :)
probably the best adware cleaning software i have used. effectively cleans all the unwanted junks.
bamacola THANKS!!! renaming adwcleaner_5.021.exe t adwcleaner.exe worked for me running AVG. Renaming it to anything lets it run.

Once again and this time in english my suggestion for the UI/language
While in English is a distinctly difference between "Cleaning" and "Uninstall", in the german translation the words "Löschen" (Delete) and "Deinstallieren" (Uninstall) are not so different and many people misunderstand this. After a scan they often choose "Deinstallieren" (and the similar Icon with the red bug reinforces the error) because they think, that this uninstalls the malware but in fact it deinstalls AdwCleaner.
Please change that.
I concurr. I'm running WIndows Version 7 Ultimate.
I run JRT before hand - it executes without issue.
Then run ADWCLEANER and the machine is crashing with Blue Screen of Death!
