Hi guys I have come across this registry key which AdwCleaner finds. This is not the first time it has found it.
I removed it with AdwCleaner in 2016 and today I scan and see it has appeared again, but what is it ??
I thought whatever it was, was gone for good but it seems not. Its now back.

I'm using Windows 10 and Windows installer keeps poping up, it apears and desapears very quicly. I scanned with "Tweaking.com-RepairMSIWindowsInstaller" and got a litle bit better, now when I use some programs like microsoft edge the windows installer does not pop up, but when I use chrome and many other programs the windows installer pop us up. I recently used Adwcleaner to get rid of some ad pop ups from my chrome browser. After restarting the computer none of programs work at all. I tried running any exe file by right clicking on the and running as admin but nothing happens. Task manager also doesn't work.
