I did the same with my second machine with WIN 8.1. The same problem, the same error message. Atgtached pls find the content of the debug log file.

Nevertheless, the findings of the "PUP.Adware.Heuristic" in the folder "C:\ProgramData\Audyssee Labs" you cannot find in the protocol file!

J'ai le même problème concernant la version obsolète! J'ai passé outre et j'ai tout de même scanné. PUP.Optional.Legacy a été détecté. J'ai laissé Adwarcleaner continuer pour le supprimer. The Chrome entries found are simply my personalisations for the Chrome start up page! Should definately not be selected or cleaned!
