- Have you tried to remove it manually from the chrome panel ? You can find it with : More Tools > Extensions or directly by copying this in your search bar : chrome://extensions/ There you should find the extension, and you might be able to disable it.
- I don't know if you use chrome's synchrnonization, but it might be the reason why after each installation, those extensions comes back. ...
