Sorry, if this is duplicated, newbie here and I did a search for Ad Choices in Chrome removal and didn't find a resolution...I downloaded AdWCleaner (latest download here) but didn't remove Ad Choices from Chrome.......
Can anyone please offer some direction or help to remove Ad Choices?

And remove it only when uninstalling.

AdwCleaner is a portable software. This means that no installation is required in order to use it. You just have to launch the previously downloaded executable that you can find on this page : https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

Just attempted to download ADW cleaner but it does not appear to have downloaded properly, so sign of it (or toolslib) in programs on control panel whats the best course of action now??

J'ai fait ce que vous avez dit pour la première étape.
Puis j'ai téléchargé comme vous avez dit j'ai fait le scan. Mais je ne trouvais pas le rapport alors j'ai fait des captures d'écran sur une feuille Word que je vous enverrai si ça fonctionne. Il y avait 170 choses détectées.
Et en bas, une popup était empêchée toutes les 3 secondes, toujours avec des adresses différentes, mais ...
