adwcleaner cant install or run :/ please help .. there is so much viruses i need to remove it

how do I get Malware bytes and adwcleaner to "RUN" I have downloaded both several times now and I can't see where it says "RUN"

I just have a question to specialists, why the AdwCleaner software consider Auslogics BoostSpeed 9 as a malware and asking me to remove it from PC, even though WebRoot Security Anyware gives me no thing??

well hell, I just found your screen shots just after typing that last, I had been looking for an options screen shot for the past 2-3 hours over websites. Mine starts with Debug clicked instead of normal though and I use Chrome and IE so I am assuming I need to click on both of the chrome and the IE tab for testing?
