Do you really think that if it was a bad file , all the best and known antiviruses ( DrWeb, Malwarebytes, Kaspersky, Bitdefender, etc.....) could mark it as safe ?

Microsoft Edge is the web browser I used to try to download AdwCleaner multiple times.

I do not actually know how to attach screenshots here, unfortunately.

I've also tried to download it in Google Chrome, but it says that "This app has been blocked for your protection."

This is the one, others users has raported it as well, hopefully google will remove it.

there is the link in chrome web broswer, just don't install it.
