hi Several weeks ago a had an issue with malware in Firefox and CHROME.

I opened a thread in this german Firefox forum: http://www.camp-firefox.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=114723

We tried several times to remove the malware with some tools (ADW cleaner and tools like MBAM and JRT).

J'ai un problème récurent sur google.

j'ai utiliser c cleaner ,malewarbytes, zhpCleaner et adwcleaner,ce dernier est le seul qui me permet de me reconnecter.

je joint les fichier supriner par adwcleaner.au prochain démarage

So no, we'll remove every tool we used at the end, including ZHPFix :)

Can you regenerate a ZHPDiag report to make a last check ?

If reading the privously/lastly submitted ZHPFix report correctly, the Adobe Shockvawe 12.0 was removed according to the quote below:

I was reffering to removal of ZHPFix itself in my Question while it was running the first time and generating report to desktop.

I have NO issues left anyway...

So, I don't see anything who could create such an issue for the speakers.. It's really strange. Does the problem persists when you plug external speakers ?

We have some stuff to remove :

• Copy the whole lines below, including "Script ZHPFix" :

Just a little more feedback. After scanning the pop up no malicious software found comes up, but also shown is uncheck what you want to keep. Checking the logfile shows that nothing was found. Checking all the tabs also lists nothing to remove.

Question: while the ZHPFix was running didn't select Remove the application,OK?

You should have to actually. But it's my fault, I haven't explained it, sorry.

To remove it manually :

1. Go to the start menu
2. Click on Control Panel
3. Programs > Uninstall a program
4. Look for Adobe Shockwave Player 12.0
5. Right click on it > Uninstall

To do a final check, can you then generate a ...
