Non, désolé je n'arrive pas à copier le rapport. Néanmoins, il m'indique que je n'ai pas de problèmes particulier mais comme chrome n'apparait pas dans adwcleaner; je pense qu'il ne l'analyse pas.

It's the same "problem" than here - the latest database includes the fix, so you'll need to update it. It should be automatic when you click on [Scan]. Otherwise, please uninstall/reinstall AdwCleaner (by launching it -> "Uninstall") from there : https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

Yes, it's a Dell.  See the header of the scan file below (i did not post the entire file since it is quite long).  Let me know if you need any additional information.

Sorry for the delay.

You have a Dell computer, don't you ? It may be a corner case with some Dell processes and AdwCleaner..

In the meantime, to be sure that you get the latest database version, can you copy/paste here the content of AdwCleaner scanning logfile (from C:\AdwCleaner\) ?

Sorry for the duplicate post above.  I ran the BlueScreenView program and tried to post at the link but I don't think it liked the .html extension (I could not tell since it was in French).  See output pasted below (note, I deleted a few blank columns to help it fit better).

comme vous l'aaurez compris j'ai installer adwcleaner et quand j'ai ouvert pour lancer le scanner par de chrome juste firefox alors que je n'ai pas le navigateur sur mon ordinateur.

I finally got to download and run it V5.112 and no BSOD, so thank you for looking into it and fixing it for me.
