Can you tell me how to stop adware from turning off my email protection when I do an adware scan please . When I try to activate the email protection in the turn on page it says fixed but immediately sends another alert to say it is off . I use Total defense anti virus .

This has happened before when I ran adware and I had to completely reinstall my antivirus to get the email protection operat...

Ah! :)  How can I delete the original quarantine files.  I no longer have access, and I restored via copy and paste then renamed the .vir extension via batch.  Now I no longer have access to the original quarantine directory to delete it.

You should use the quarantine manager instead. Please refer to the documentation to see how to use it.

Hello ! Je comprends mais pour avoir vu déjà une bonne trentaine de fois le dit problème (en résumé, on a l'impression que les fenêtres clignotent), c'était systématiquement des Windows (de Vista à Windows 10) pollués de divers malwares et assimilés.

Lorsque j'ai mis la main sur ces deux valeurs, j'ai comparé à des Windows sains (mon 7 de boulot et un 10) qui ne présentaient pas ces valeurs.

J'ai d'abord besoin d'un peu plus d'informations, et nous réinitialiserons ensuite Google Chrome pour remédier à ton problème.

1. Pour commencer, on va faire l'export du dossier d'Extensions de Google Chrome.
   • Via l'explorateur, rends toi ici :

     C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

   • Ensuite fais un clic droit sur le dossier "Extensions", sélectionne "E...

We will use ZHPFix, another tool from Nicolas Coolman, in order to remove what remains of those softwares and the little thing AdwCleaner missed.

• Go on the download page of ZhpFix, click on the blue button "Download Now".
• Save the file where do you want and launch it with right click : "launch as administrator".
