"Ads by Provider" malware is not getting removed with Adaware. It removes temprorily but the malware comes back after a while. Kindly provide a fix. Thanks for providing the great software for free!

This is not a bug. Since v5.111, AdwCleaner has a new option called "Reset Chrome preferences" which effectively reset all chrome preferences. You can deactivate this option by unchecking it under "Options" menu.

This is stupid since most people have chrome customized to their preferences and don't want to do it all over again just because...

There's a problem with the signature of the new adwcleaner 5.111 ("Unknown Publisher"). Downloaded from toolslib.net site itself. You guys should fix this. Not running a (potentially hacked?) tool like this.
