I have updated my AV and downloaded another ADWcleaner version 5.014 from your website. This has proven to be fine and works as it always does. I suppose Kaspersky is not infallable but I was suprised when this was flagged, as your product is a wonderful addition to any serious net user. It would be a great shame ...
I'm aware that I can "uncheck" specific items. Unfortunately, I have no way to know if I have correctly identified all required items - specially in the area of the registry, where the items may not be easy to identify - and I have no way to mark these choices (that I'm aware of) as "permanent" so that I don't have to go through the same procedure each time I perform a scan.
Bonjour, je ne peux plus utilier ADWcleaner. Quel que soit la version, 3, 4 ou 5. Il effectue le scan, puis lors du nettoyage, il gèle. Je dois alors peser sur le bouton de démarrage de l'ordi et l'éteindre.
Avez-vous un truc à me donner pour passer au travers du nettoyage..
J'ai activé la section déboggage que je vous joint.

On va traiter chaque ordinateur séparément. Tout au long de la procédure et jusqu'à ce que je vous le dise, ne branchez aucune clé USB, aucun disque dur externe, aucune carte SD sur chaque ordinateur. De même, ne les branchez pas à votre réseau local.

C'est noté, je regarderai que tout est bien parti quand tu referas un scan ZHPDiag.
ZHPCleaner et MBAM ont tous deux détectés des logiciels potentielements indésirables : PUP (Potentially Unwanted Programs).
Certains sont vraiment indésirables, notamment MyspeedDial, Boxore.. e...
