that bad news ! I just to ran Roguekiller and I will see what report ! did you ran a scan with your AV ?
which mode did you ran Roguekiller ? normal or safe mode ?
the problem is that it actually found the ucguard.sys.. and then it asked me to restart the computer to remove it but it is still there
have you ran the Roguekliller in safe mode ? will . I need to run the Roguekliller once again to confirm it! you no need to ran adwcleaner again . it’s maybe a bug in adwcleaner (and I had the same problem as your)
also you could to ran adware cleaner in the safe mode and see if that is help or not
if non above is helped then I can to let you about other options !
So I was really happy that roguekiller found ucguard.sys.. was suposed to remove it but I scanned with adwcleaner and it's still there.. This UCGuard is really annoying, ffs..
I have the same problem today . and I had to use Roguekiller to remove UCGuard and others services that adwcleaner was unable to remove them ! have you yet try out Roguekiller ?
I don't have a tab "Exam" . Do you mean the "Scan one"? ( https://gyazo.com/3a8031657b4499e05de41e695c64fcb2 ) If it is indeed that tab, I think this is what you want:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware www.malwarebytes.org

Hello, I saw a similar post of a guy that had his adwcleaner crashing whenever he tried to clean "UCGuard". I'm having the exact same problem. If someone could please guide me on how to remove it I would be very pleased. Sorry for the inconvenience. Here is a link to the infected parts: https://gyazo.com/8ef4445d8ab9eb2d5c64b111436a04e0
Thank you, I will re-run to make sure SimpleHelp stays active and will get back with you.
Thank you
Well...since the link of manual removal is deleted, I just want to tell you that if you can not remove MPC Cleaner from control panel, you find its location and click its "uninstaller" file there. As a result, you can manually remove it. There is one thing you should note that it has more than one "unisntaller" file in different folders. You should find them all and clcik them.
Good luck!
