Adwcleaner ne veut pas nettoyer les pups que j'ai. Il fige et il ne fait rien. Quoi faire pour désinfecter mon ordi. J'ai tout désinstallé du navigateur MAXTHON. Il reste encore beaucoup de traces. Je ne sais plus quoi faire pour supprimer tout ça.  J'ai supprimé les traces dans le pare-feu de Norton. Et je ne sais plus quoi faire. Aidez moi SVP?

Bonjour j'ai un assez gros broblème ma courbe de débit reste constament a Mbits/s alors que je ne telecharge rien, de blus j'ai remarqué que plusieurs programes svchost.exe étaient ouvert en même temps et que seulement  deux d'entre eux utilisaient completement ma bande passante si vous pouviez m'aider ce serait super !

I just have some questions about your program. 

1: Does AdsFix have a pause button? During the analyzing sequence it took over 4 hours to scan (and that was at 57%), I didn't expect it to go for so long. 

2: When I pressed escape on the keyboard; when it was analyzing, the computer froze up and windows was seizing. Followed by a frozen screen and I had to hard reset the computer. ...

Windows10 Chrome -- month ago got a malware popup when on tunein radio. Along with the following popup, a voice came on and said "your pc is infected with Malware, do not ignore this, etc:

After download & install, I checked debug. Upon launch, a message said this was outdated version, and asked if I wanted a newer version. I said OK. Still crashed.

Thank I returned and downloaded the "updated" version, which was the same, but this time said no to a newer version. It will not go beyond heuristics analysis. Here's the error message.
