Well, bad news.
As ZHPCleaner, ZHPDiag, ADWCleaner and MBAM don't find from where comes thoses pop-ups, we will have to remove it manually !
To do that, we will reset all the preferencies of Internet Explorer, and I can give you better explanation that what is explained on this microsoft description. With choising to Delete personal settings (step 5 of the tutorial).

I ran a scan an hour ago with the newest versions of ZHPDiag and ZHPCleaner, both could only find the false positives which they also discovered the last days, logs are available if they are helpful for you.

Although AdwCleaner detects mntemp as being a folder, it is actually an extensionless file. I don't see any other signs of SearchProtect on my PC. After the cleanup/reboot with AdwCleaner, the files are gone, but they are literally immediately recreated every time I launch Breakaway Audio Enhancer. Unfortunately, "mntemp" is related to SearchProtect, so it's not a false positive - you can delete these folders.
For information, this detection is present in the detections since mid-2015.

The AdwCleaner logfile shows us that MPC 's service is still present.
I'have already fought againt that service, and he is clearly well protected.
Actually, the best way to remove it, is to reinstall MPC completly, in order to uninstall it with it's own uninstall application.
The real problem here, is that some tools, like AdwCleaner, tries to remove it, but don't sucess completly...
