After removing all the apps I mentioned in my previous email, BugFixxer came back again!

I found another folder (this one located in C:\Window\SysWOW64) called Policies that is another hahomedia product. I've quarantined this (along with all the others) and used regedit to remove their entries in HKLM:SYSTEM:CurrentControlSet:Services.  At the moment my computer is OK, but let's wait another 2...

I have found several more applications on my machine that are associated with BugFixxer. They are:

BinEssentials

BugFixxer

SysSecure

WinEssentials

WinInfos

A. I noticed that it flags 2 Chrome extensions:

Can you tick the option "Activate the debug mode" before clicking on "Clean" ? Then, a logfile will appears in C:\AdwCleaner, even if the software freezes.

Also, can you provide me the scan logfile ?

I have uploaded two AdwCleaner reports: C9 from 9/7/16 and C10 from a short time ago.  I have also uploaded the ZHPDiag report. I have not used the ZHPDiag repair option.  I think the up2share link is xtdV9msx1WWE (it is what appears in the box at the top of the upload screen).

Can you share the AdwCleaner logfile ? It should be in C:\AdwCleaner\.

Can you generate a ZHPDiag logreport to get more informations on your system ?

• Download ZHPDiag from Nicolas on his website
• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on the upload zone)
