WinEssentials

WinInfos

I ran your tool for the first time today and I have a few 3 concerns [A, B & C]:

A. I noticed that it flags 2 Chrome extensions:

I have uploaded two AdwCleaner reports: C9 from 9/7/16 and C10 from a short time ago.  I have also uploaded the ZHPDiag report. I have not used the ZHPDiag repair option.  I think the up2share link is xtdV9msx1WWE (it is what appears in the box at the top of the upload screen).

Can you generate a ZHPDiag logreport to get more informations on your system ?

• Download ZHPDiag from Nicolas on his website
• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on the upload zone)
• Then post the link ...

Je ne connais pas ce dossier,il n'y a qu'un fichier de log à l'intérieur :

C:\ProgramData\E1864A66-75E3-486a-BD95-D1B7D99A84A7\x64\DIFxInstallLog.txt

Un nouveau faux positif a fait son apparition :

Super ! On va donc désinstaller les outils utilisés :

• Téléchargez DelFix de Xplode sur votre bureau.
• Exécutez-le
• Cochez toutes les cases sauf "Effectuer une sauvegarde du registre"
• Cliquez sur "Exécuter"
• Lorsque les procédures seront terminées, l'outil va se fermer et disparaître du bureau
• Un rapport s'ouvre, copiez son contenu dans votre prochaine réponse.

Avez-vous une capture d'écran de l'alerte donnée par votre antivirus ?

En complément, afin d'avoir plus d'informations :

• Rendez vous sur la page de téléchargement de ZHPDiag, puis cliquez sur le bouton bleu "Nicolas Coolman - Télécharger".
• Enregistrez le fichier lancez le,
• Cliquez sur l'icône "Scanner" pour faire une analyse complète puis patientez, ça peut durer quelques minut...
