Il serait intéressant d'avoir les rapports des programmes qui détectent des éléments.

• Ouvre le Bloc-notes (Démarrer => Tous les programmes => Accessoires => Bloc-notes).
• Copie-colle le texte disponible à cette adresse dans le Bloc-notes.
• Enregistre le fichier sur ton Bureau (au même endroit que FRST) sous le nom fixlist.txt
• Lance FRST (Sous Windows Vista/7/8/10, clic droit sur FRST...

NB: les virus je les detecte avec Zhpcleaner  ,JRT et SUPERAntiSpyware  meme MBAM(Malwarebytes Anti-Malware)ne detecte rien

I tried all the fixes found on internet. I'm about to reset my computer which I do NOT want to do..

Bonjour, le problème c'est que malwarebytes détecte le PUP.youndoo mais n'arrive pas a le supprimer.

On va donc supprimer certains éléments avec ZHPFix, voici la marche à suivre :

• Rendez-vous sur la page de téléchargement de ZHPFix, puis cliquez sur le bouton bleu "Télécharger";
• Enregistrez le fichier sur votre bureau et lancez-le (par un clic-droit -> Exécuter en temps qu'administrateur);
• Laissez-vous guider pendant l'installation, à la fin, un raccourci se crée sur votre bureau, lancez-le...

Comment sais-tu qu'il y a "plein de virus" ?

• Télécharge Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (de Farbar) sur ton Bureau.

Attention : tu dois prendre la version compatible avec ton système : 32 ou 64 bits.

32 ou 64 bits - Comment savoir ?

• Lance FRST (Sous Windows Vista/7/8/10, clic droit sur FRST > Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur).
• Coche la case Addition.txt.
• Clique sur le bouton Analyser...

en activant windows update par le bureau, apres redemarrage ordi, message rouge activer la recherche au lieu de "recherche de mise à jour "  (qui fait ensuite à l'infini, sans rien ..  voulez vous voir le log de winupdate ?
