J'ai fait malwarebytes mais pas de menaces  dans le rapport . J'ai refait adwcleaner du coup .Il y a un fichier dans le résultat :PUP.optionnal.Legacy . Je l'ai sélectionné avant de cliquer sur nettoyer et ça bloque toujours au même point ...

C'est un bug connu. Utilise Malwarebytes du coup :

Merci pour votre réponse . Je suis novice  et je vais suivre avec attention vos conseils . J'ai téléchargé adwcleaner aujourd'hui , il a analysé les fichiers  et il a été bloqué  en plein nettoyage, j'ai eu le temps de noter le messge sur une fenètre qui dit " ***caught unhandled unknown exception; terminating"  . J'ai laissé tourné le pc depuis 1 h mais toujours rien ....Un c...

S'il t'affiche un numéro de téléphone, n'appelle pas (c'est peut-être un peu bête comme conseil mais certains le font et se sont avoir, je ne connais pas ton niveau).

1/

• Télécharge et lance AdwCleaner (de ToolsLib / Malwarebytes), choisis l'option Analyser.
• Une fois le scan terminé, choisis l'option Nettoyer.
• Redémarre le PC comme demandé, héberge le rapport sur pjjoint.malekal...

Mon pc est infecté par les 3 virus cités ci dessus (j'ai eu cette info par une fenêtre qui s'est ouverte et qui me dit que windows est endommagé!) . Les fichiers infectés : syn32/hidden/Xsnake.ex....Que me conseillez-vous ?

Seems like all of your network devices are out of date. Including Nvidia streaming service which could be a cause, since it does have light exploits to DNS changing. Adwcleaner -> Update your drivers to the latest, if you can Boot Windows "safe mode with networking" and update everything there. Let me know if that solves the issue. Also, farbar flushed your DNS so you should be good for now.

The fact that this is Spanish(Maybe?) makes it very VERY difficult to read.... Any way you could turn it into English? On the first glance noticed some things that MIGHT be potential issues, unsure, cause..... I am not yet used to reading the logs, and different language doesn't help the issue :)

Ports, applications, accessibility. Maybe your other device is used a lot less, you haven't messed with any ports or have any applications that require forwarding. Honestly, very weird issue, I would need to investigate the files. Can you scan your PC With Farbar MiniToolBox and Malwarebytes JRT? Post the logs that you get.

I'm not sure the cause is clean_dns, mind you, I'm still stalling on reformatting or such, so much work. 'Start' after doing the following :

is it an upgrade from 7 or 8 ? or a native windows 10 ?
