The task has been removed from the database. The other entry is about an infected shortcut. If you select it, AdwCleaner will clean the shortcut but not deletes it.

Ok, so it's different and doesn't need a system restoration :)

Can you give me the result of the ipconfig /all :

Search for "powershell" in the applications list, and then copy/paste the following command :

ipconfig /all

Then, press "Enter", and share here the result.

I don't see any legitimate files in the report, each element which has been removed had to be..

Why do you have to restore the system ? Do you have a precise error message ?
