Hello,
Can you share the deletion report too ?
It's in C:\AdwCleaner\C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[Cxxxx].txt.
Also, can you generate a ZHPDiag logreport to get more informations on your system ?

Please use the "Uninstall" action in the AdwCleaner interface. It will clean older releases and avoid any error like this in the future.
Then, get the very latest release from there : https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

Hello,
The error may be normal with previous releases (before 5.107). If you got it while running the v5.110, it's related to an old sqlite3.dll in your %temp% folder.
Nothing to worry about.

Can you share the logfiles, in C:\AdwCleaner\AdwCleaner[S1].txt?

Unfortunately, "mntemp" is related to SearchProtect, so it's not a false positive - you can delete these folders.
For information, this detection is present in the detections since mid-2015.
