D'accord, on va alors aller chercher le rapport manuellement :

• Appuyez sur les touches Windows + R, puis collez "eventvwr.msc" dans le champ de texte, enfin, appuyez sur la touche Entrée;

Nous allons essayer autre chose donc :

• Appuyez sur la touche Windows puis écrivez "Diagnostic de mémoire Windows" et lancez l'application trouvée;
• Un redémarrage sera nécessaire, sauvegardez tous vos travaux en cours puis cliquez sur "Redémarrer maintenant et rechercher les probèmes éventuels (recommandé)";
• Au redémarrage, un processus "Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool" va se lancer...

Veuillez m'excuser pour ce retard de réponse (les fêtes), 

J'ai réussi à rendre mon ordinateur aussi rapide qu'avant. En fait j'ai simplement défragmenter le disque dur et retirer de la liste des programmes à lancer au démarrage de windows certains programmes (que je connaissais) qui étaient lourds.

Résultat : il s'éteint et s'allume comme avant.

As I said I don't download files, and yes they appear almost every time I run this program, even though they were deleted earlier. I have even ran other malware programs but they do not find any signs of f.ex. Softonic.

I have even tried two scans but the second scan doesn't show them, but after sometime I run it they come back in the result.

I am for a long time using your software and have been facing with that Adwcleaner detects same threats that resides on Chrome browser which I regularly use. Today i have try it, but sorry, with no good result. My pc freeze everytime when i click on CLEAN. Even with the new version 6.0.40.Very frustrate!

I did not perform another scan with AdwCleaner as that part confused me. Am I to 'scan' and then 'clean' what it finds? I ask because when you open ADwCleaner, 'clean' is grayed out.
