I have the same problem with this two keys!

Key Found:  KLM\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\APPID\WinZipSmartMonitorService.exe  

But ADWCleaner can't remove and delete it! And ADW Cleaner last versions crasht any time and my pc (Win10 x64) freeze every time when I click on CLEAN. Please, fix this ...

have tried several anti malware including malwarebytes wich dosnt even detect it please help.

About WinZip, it seems to come with nasty things (repack/bundle). Of course, we stands against such practices. We'll do some more research on that, I'll keep you informed.

Pour KLM\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\APPID\{93469602-4134-4012-A6BC-3E73B9855F90}, il s'agit bien d'un élément potentiellement non désiré.

Concernant WinZip, ce logiciel pratique le repack/bundle. C'est à dire qu'il peut vous arriver d'installer des programmes additionnels non désirés en plus de WinZip. Nous sommes évidemment contre cette pratique. Nous allons effectuer des recherches approfond...

bonjour , je rencontre un souci avec adwcleaner , il me trouve deux lignes : Clé trouvée:  KLM\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\APPID\{93469602-4134-4012-A6BC-3E73B9855F90} Clé trouvée:  KLM\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\APPID\WinZipSmartMonitorService.exe je fais supprimé et il redémarre le pc :

je viens vers vous afin de vous expliquer mon problème, nettoyant mon ordinateur comme à mes habitudes à l'aide de ce logiciel, je me retrouve actuellement avec deux menaces trouvées, mais de type WinZip, et qui s'avèrent non effaçable, j'ai beau redémarrer une fois le nettoyage fini, les clefs persistent.
