The error may be normal with previous releases (before 5.107). If you got it while running the v5.110, it's related to an old sqlite3.dll in your %temp% folder.

Yes, it seems that an unsafe extension is using a similar id than t a Norton legit one. We'll keep you informed about this FP removal.

Most of the programs you listed are installed since a while and known to me (some are quite famous like Corel or Paragon), only DocMgr is quite questionable - it isn't listed in the installed programs, and I can find it listed in the start menu.
