Actually, I logicaly figured out to go into Chrome settings -> Search engines and delete Ask.com and Aol.com.

I'm kind of surprised that ADC wasn't able to do that.

I have windows 10 64-bit, and have gotten some infestation of SEARCHING.COM adware lately. I came across this tool which scanned all the malicious objects in my system including the registry keys and scheduled programs. 

However when I click the "Clean" button, my PC crashes (with a blue screen saying CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED). I tried to check the Debug Log, but there are no entries for ...

If there was something other than Reimage Repair, I might understand, but, that is ALL that ADWcleaner found.  I've done some checking, and depending on the source, some think Reimage is PUP/Adware, and some don't.  All I know is, it cleared up a number of problems I was having, so I'm kind of reluctant to remove it.

I am unsure of exactly what happened but I started noticing that my usual sites looked different and the addresses for them had also changed in the address bar. I could type in www.hotmail.com and it would redirect me to https://dub126.mail.live.com/default.aspx?rru=inbox everytime. I started using F12 developer tools to look at the webpages and their sources. I noticed that they all were not t...

I am bad at this kind of stuff, so apologies if I am missing something obvious.

Today in a scan a "tracing key" is detected after a scan with adwcleaner, deleted it and right after restart I scanned again. Same key was detected again. Malwarebytes scan didn't detect anything. After 2 more deletions with adwcleaner I thought I would ask here for help since it still keeps popping up in adwcleane...
