Seems to come up as a false positive and removes some things from registry after a scan having the Astrill app for their VPN service. I cant conclude if its the actual proxy addon for firefox for VPN to tunnel traffic through that is being removed or what as i have no kno...

It's the same "problem" than here - the latest database includes the fix, so you'll need to update it. It should be automatic when you click on [Scan]. Otherwise, please uninstall/reinstall AdwCleaner (by launching it -> "Uninstall") from there : https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/

You have a Dell computer, don't you ? It may be a corner case with some Dell processes and AdwCleaner..
In the meantime, to be sure that you get the latest database version, can you copy/paste here the content of AdwCleaner scanning logfile (from C:\AdwCleaner\) ?
