Non, ça n'a pas fonctionné et je suis restée bloquée. Après avoir fait ce que tu m'as dit j'ai cliqué ok et j'ai fermé la fenêtre. Là j'ai fermé l'ordinateur et encore un X sur la connexion internet. Je l'ai redémarré et là tout a bloqué. J'avais juste le curseur qui clignotait et impossible de fermer l'ordi. J'avais beau peser sur power, rien ne se passait. Il a fallu que j'appuie l...

Dans ce cas, je vous invite simplement à installer XUbuntu par dessus Vista actuel. Je suis entièrement disponible pour vous guider au début si besoin.
Votre ordinateur gagnera également une seconde jeunesse.
Si jamais vous n'arrivez pas à vous habituer à l'interface, on pourra envisager un autre système.
Mais je vous déconseille vraiment...

La version v5.028 détecte lavasofttcpservice.dll comme fichier indésirable, mais c'est un fichier DLL Windows qui apparemment contribu au fonctionnement de Windows Store, car apprès l'avoir supprimé Windows Store ne fonctionne plus. Analyse du ficher avec Malwarbyte et Norton OK. Après restauration du système avant la suppression, Windows Store refonctionne.

Je suis nouveau sur Toolslib, j'ai un ordi portable de marque Belinea o.book 3 (Fabricant Maxdata) avec Vista ordinaire 32bit.
J'ai voulu faire la mise à jour SP1 mais elle s'est mal déroulée et je n'ai plus aucun accès. (erreur 0xc01a001d).
Je n'ai pas le CD de la console de récupération vista.
Avec Testdisk j'ai vérifié les partitions qui sont OK.
Ce matin l'ordi a redémar...

Can I ask if I launch adw cleaner again will it run a scan as I dont want it to as I have just reinstalled my antivirus and yes the em protection is working now . Can I then get the log files without running the scans please .

Can you tell me how to stop adware from turning off my email protection when I do an adware scan please . When I try to activate the email protection in the turn on page it says fixed but immediately sends another alert to say it is off . I use Total defense anti virus .
This has happened before when I ran adware and I had to completely reinstall my antivirus to get the email protection operat...
