• Right-click on the file -> "Execute as Administrator"
• Please also check Shortcut.txt
• Click on the "Scan" button
• The logfile is saved as FRST.txt , and additional informations are in Addition.txt.
• Please host them on Up2Share and share the generated link.

j'ai fait comme vous m'avez dit mais pourtant  il y a un message d'erreur qui apparait quand je fais nettoyer " error allocating memory " :((( et pendant l'analyse/nettoyage toujours ralentit a analyse des navigateurs. .

it’s just happned to me .... this is the first time I got this problem which is that this adware cleaner tool found some adware and then I click on "clean button" for removal and I have to restart the system then the adware log is just to open on windows start-up but there is no info about deleted items (the info of removal items is almost missing in log file even with removal of some adwar...

Excusez moi, je ne comprend pas bien comment recuperer le fichier Fixlist.txt pour l'enregistrer sur le bureau.

j'ai bien FRST64 , quand je clique pour ouvrir le fichier je ne vois pas le bouton Fix.
