Moi aussi ADWCleaner ne marche pas sous windows XP depuis les 3 derniéres versions

Je le lance depuis le disque C

je me suis aperçu qu'il marche correctement s'il est lancé depuis une clé USB ou un autre disque dur !

Cela peut aider à comprendre le problème

Tu as quand même récupéré deux petites bestioles au passage : CacaoWeb et FlightSearch, tu confirmes que c'est pas volontaire ?

Pour le dernier coup de balais :

1. D'abord un coup d'AdwCleaner pour Cacaoweb, Ask et FlightSearch :

• Relance AdwCleaner.
• Clique sur Scanner puis patiente le temps...

downloaded the latest adw,  problem with a virus in the exe..  ramnit virus detected by ....  reason core security.. brrrr...  then downloaded

the exe on my external backup disk and ran the scan again...  same result ... as the virus was already in my system,  ran my recent backup.. virus gone

Please check whether a settings.ini file exists in AdwCleaner folder. And if exist, what is written in it?

Please whitelist the following registry entries that belongs to Free Download Manager 3.9.6 download monitoring control. Removing them, prevents the download manager to launch and catch links when downloading from a browser.
