Mais j'ai un autre truc de trouvé sur mon mini pc hp sosu Seven à savoir ceci:

Comme mis dans le message ou était ces info c'est l'agent Acronis enfin un des composants du système pour la sauvegarde.

This detection will not be removed, even if Norton is present.
A PUP stays a PUP independantly to whom choose to bundle with it.
I had the same problem, what I did was delete the old version and then re-downloaded from the link above. When you get the verse above window saying it is out of date cancel that. Then you need to look in when finished scanning before you start cleaning. On click the first pup, then you need to let it clean. I hope this will help you.

I did the same with my second machine with WIN 8.1. The same problem, the same error message. Atgtached pls find the content of the debug log file.

Alright, I was expecting the debug logfile but at least we know where the error comes from.
Nevertheless, the findings of the "PUP.Adware.Heuristic" in the folder "C:\ProgramData\Audyssee Labs" you cannot find in the protocol file!
Can you develop a bit?

during the deletion process of PUP's ADW stops working with following error message
