Hi there, I have run the scan couple times, the last time with the box "debug mode" ticked and here is what came up. Can you please help me solve this where the problem might be?

The version of the CCleaner is v5.23.5808 (64bit) In Options tab-> I select "Monitoring" (The word Surveillance is not available in this version). • Please also check Shortcut.txt
• Click on the "Scan" button
• The logfile is saved as FRST.txt , and additional informations are in Addition.txt.
• Please host them on Up2Share and share the generated link.

• Download FRST
• Right-click on the file -> "Execute as Administrator"
• Enter AdwCleaner.jpg in the text-field
• Click on the "Search Files" button
• The logfile is saved as Search.txt
• Please host it on Up2Share and share the generated link.

désolé freetux mais le nettoyage a ete un échec . il a bloqué plusieurs heures puis message d'erreur et fermeture de l'application . :(

Nous allons utiliser Farbar Recovery Scan Tool, voici la marche à suivre :

• Téléchargez FRST;
• Effectuez un clique-droit sur le fichier téléchargé, puis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur";
• Cliquez sur le bouton "Scan";
• Un rapport est sauvegardé, il se nomme "FRST.txt" et quelques informations supplémentaires sont proposées dans le fichier "Addition.txt";

Sorry for the delay.

Can you relaunch AdwCleaner, do a scan, and uncheck:

• UCGuard from the Services tab,
• C:\WINDOWS\SysNative\drivers\ucguard.sys from the Files tab

Then, do a clean and share the generated logfile.
