After adwcleaner detected the CEF folder, I did some research to see what it was and could only find a single topic on it from the Malwarebytes. I have uploaded two AdwCleaner reports: C9 from 9/7/16 and C10 from a short time ago. I have also uploaded the ZHPDiag report. I have not used the ZHPDiag repair option. I think the up2share link is xtdV9msx1WWE (it is what appears in the box at the top of the upload screen).
