Can you please make a working winXP version, or at least leave last working version easily accesible?

There are a lot of customers who still use XP specially in the third world where upgrades are not so cheap, and they refuse to update whats working.

Yep, all fixed - thanks very much.  SpywareBlaster (SWB) updates its data base about every two weeks.  Can you tell me if the fix was such that it will no longer generally report SWBs preventative measures?  I fully accept that the odd false positive can happen but the quantity had become very high of late.

Browsing old threads and safe to say, that Locky won't be decryptable for quite some time. Considering that new versions of it are coming out, making it even more complicated to do anything. There can be malware that prevents the full execution of Adwcleaner. Try using RKill and then doing a full scan with the new version that Coco has suggested.

I just installed version 7.0.2.1 which is newest release of Adwcleaner. I ran a scan and it came back clean. None of the previously detected Internet Explorer\ActiveX Compatibility registry entries were detected by the scan...  Happy Days!!!

Got 2 viruses and the AdwCleaner freezes  @20% during removal. Microsoft Security Essential and Malwarebytes does not detect these viruses.

It would be nice wouldn't it? I am solving this myself, by uninstalling AdwCleaner and not recommending it to those requesting help on a forum where I am a mod. Too bad, very good tool, one of the best for removing PUP's but not going to sacrifice SpywareBlaster's ability to block them so ...
