Did I understand correctly, do you need to restore all files from quarantine?
In this case, click the "Load script file", choose Quarantine.log which you have attached and click the "Restore".

Were you able to install the partial update? From my side, i was not able to install the partial update and had to download a Full update.

I also get "[ Registry ] >Key Found : HKCU\Software\Classes\Applications\updater.exe"
with both the update to Firefox 46.0.1 and with a full download from [ https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ ]

Which files (folders) do you want to restore?
Oui, le bouton "Désinstaller" est celui tout à droite sur votre capture d'écran du premier message.
La désinstallation efface simplement certains fichiers, dont un qui est vraisemblablement la cause de votre problème ici.
