Ok. Téléchargez ZHPFix ici, puis faites un nettoyage avec ZHPFix avec le contenu suivant :

Ok.

On va utiliser un second outil de diagnostic pour épauler ZHPDiag, en espérant repérer ce qui vous pose toujours problème :

1. Téléchargez FRST
2. Clic-droit sur le fichier -> "Exécuter en tant qu'Administrateur"
3. Cliquez sur le bouton "Scan"
4. Un fichier FRST.txt est créé, ainsi qu'un fichier Addition.txt.
5. Hébergez-les sur Up2share comme habituellement :)

Voilà ce que j'ai trouvé dans la rubrique "Firefox" :

When using ADWCleaner on a windows 10 machine i get the blue screen of death every time i click "clean."  The error message is CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

any advice?

Je viens de faire un scan de ma machine avec AdwCleaner et le rapport d'analyse me dit : "Fichier Trouvé : C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\ncffjdbbodifgldkcbhmiiljfcnbgjab"

I download adwcleaner from bleepingcomputer and run the file. adwcleaner the opens. I activate debug mode. I do scan and it finds all sorts of bad stuff. I do cleanup. popup comes "all programs will be closed to proceed......." I click ok. Moments later it goes to a blue sceen like this http://www.reviversoft.com/blog/2013/04/critical-process-died/ . It then takes awhile for the machine to boot...

When running adwcleaner on dell inspiron 3000 with windows 10 the above error occurs. The machine the restarts and goes through the motions of installing and applying updates.
