I have uploaded two AdwCleaner reports: C9 from 9/7/16 and C10 from a short time ago.  I have also uploaded the ZHPDiag report. I have not used the ZHPDiag repair option.  I think the up2share link is xtdV9msx1WWE (it is what appears in the box at the top of the upload screen).

Can you share the AdwCleaner logfile ? It should be in C:\AdwCleaner\.

Can you generate a ZHPDiag logreport to get more informations on your system ?

• Download ZHPDiag from Nicolas on his website
• Then run it with administrator's rights (with right click)
• Then upload the log file on up2share (you will find it on your desktop, just drop the file on the upload zone)
• Then post the link ...

Bonjour, Depuis un nettoyage ADW cleaner, je n'ai plus accès à internet, ni par cable, ni en wifi. Peu importe l'interface,  Je suis sous Windows 10 Edition Famille. J'ai un triangle jaune avec un point d'exclamation sur le symbole de connexion (cable ou wifi) et celle-ci est définie comme "limitée".  Que puis-je faire ? Merci d'avance pour votre aide

My computer got infected with BugFixxer adware and AdwCleaner was able to remove it.  However, it keeps coming back!  Fortunately my anti-virus software now blocks it from running, but how can I stop it from installing itself on my computer?
