• Download MalwareBytes Anti Malware here.
• Launch MalwareByte's Anti Malware from your desktop
• Click on the tab Settings -> Detection & Protection -> PUP/PUM and check "Treat these detections like malware".
• Tab Exam choose Threats, click on Scan now, and click on Launch the exam.

Sorry i cant do anything , everything crashes , cant even open file explorer all apps not responding because of this

No, it do not depends on the chosen location. You can save AdwCleaner wherever you want, the result will be the same.

If you download ADW Cleaner and save to Desktop or Download will you get better results depending on which location you choose?

Yes, sure. It seems to me like it tries to rid of the items found, but they are untrusted and should be there. Adwcleaner found 39 threats and when it starts to clean, my system becomes unresponsive until I have to restart manually

Can you launch AdwCleaner, click on Tools > Options. Then, tick "Debug", and do a scan, and a clean.
