Ah, minor problems remain.
Opera now works again as my default browser. However, Opera could not see that it was the default browser until I used Windows: Control Panel: Default Programs to set it as the default.
Even then:
I got infected with loads of adware after trying to install SUPER file converter.
I have run Windows Defender to remove trojans and a malware installer.
Whichever Prinicpal I give Full Control, there is always some other Principal's permission lacking to delete Program Files (x86)\MPC Cleaner.
Running AdwCleaner isn't managing to do so either. Log file: https://up2sha.re/file?f=4pnRQn2e5du8...
Yes, sure. It seems to me like it tries to rid of the items found, but they are untrusted and should be there. In addition, when I just let it do its automatic thing, upon reboot, in Firefox the No-Script was completely reset and I have to allow again for each new site I visit. Thanks! https://www.dropbox.com/s/xy8rqxsqelrxb2z/AdwCleaner%5BS1%5D.txt?dl=0
By the way, I've run Malwarebytes several times (including treating PUP and PUMs as malware) and have come up completely clean. Only AdwCleaner is listing these five items as "threats."
Hallo,
Auch me...
This is just a "Thank You! !
ADWcleaner eliminated the Babylon threat completely.
Emsisoft Emergency Kit and Malwarebytes were unable.
ADWcleaner was the only one to detect that the Bitdefender
Firefox plugin "Traffic Light" was hijacked and remove it.
Thanks again!

It's alright, I informed myself now and managed to remove it manually by going into the registry. What was it and was it something really dangerous or not a big deal? Since I'm by no means well educated in computer things, I got quite startled when I saw the word 'threat'. Should I be worried? Is it my PC safe if all my antivirus programs tell me there are no threats?
Thank you for taking your...

By the way, I scanned numerous programs including Malwarebytes, HitmanPro, Windows Defender, Junkware Remover, and Adwcleaner. Adwcleaner was the only one who recognized it.I also scanned mutiple times and it doesn't seem to want to go away.
Thank you for your help :)
Hi there,
As stated in the title, I myself do have problems when attempting the cleaning stage. But instead of getting this blue screen, mine just simply didn't respond.
Im using Windows 10 64-bit as well.
Here is my debug link: https://up2sha.re/file?f=20CJVUCUnall
