during the deletion process of PUP's ADW stops working with following error message

Windows system has to be restarted again, nothing will be deleted by ADW.

Cela me fait penser à l'agent pour Acronis ou quelque chose comme ça.

Après vérfication c'est bien un composant d'Acronis.

Donc pour celui la c'est un faux positif?

Ces fichiers sont liés à une détection générique. Ils ne sont pas nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'ordinateur. Voici quelques explications concernant les .log : https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historique_(informatique)

Par curiosité et pour apprendre c'est quoi exactement?

Sachant que j'utilise d'autre logiciel et qu'ils n'ont rien vu, tel malwarebyte, ZHPCLEANER

Toujours avoir plusieurs logiciel on ne sait jamais ^^

Or simply wait until tomorrow. Renewed version should be released. Try it.
